Hi and welcome to InFaze Recording Studio!
InFaze is a purposely designed and built recording studio, located in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. The studio comprises of a large, acoustically impressive, live/tracking room, a compact size voice-over/amp booth and a comfortable and acoustically accurate control room.
The tracking room is a 35 m2 recording space with 3.6m - 5.4m high cathedral ceilings, perfect for recording drums, string quartets, vocals etc. The carefully designed acoustic treatment allows you to change the acoustics of the room in the matter of seconds, transforming it from a very live, lush sounding room to a semi live or to an acoustically very dry space.
The control room measures 25 m2 with the same ceiling height as the tracking room.The acoustic treatment comprising of wide band absorbers and large, deep bass traps, together with the room's completely symmetrical design, insures the best possible monitoring and mixing environment.Monitoring system, comprising of main monitors by Genelec and near field monitors by Yamaha, insures that the mixes translate well to the out-of-the-studio world.
